US bankruptcy court rules on enforceability of Korean stay order

Interpreting Korean bankruptcy law, a US bankruptcy court has found that maritime attachments made by the creditors of a dry bulk shipping company against a vessel docked in New Orleans, must be lifted in light of a stay order issued by a Korean court.
