UK court permits money transfer to German secondary proceedings under paragraph 66
An English court has used a "topical" paragraph from the UK Insolvency Act to let the English administrators of a German affiliate of fashion retailer Karen Millen transfer funds to their equivalent in secondary proceedings in Berlin, for the payment of local employees.
