UK court makes unprecedented refusal to convene scheme meeting

The UK High Court has, for the first time, refused to convene a scheme of arrangement meeting, questioning the adequacy of evidence provided concerning the scheme company's centre of main interest shift to England for the purposes of extinguishing foreign debts.
