UK court approves "ingenious" Lehman scheme

On the same day that the England and Wales High Court granted applications to give effect to the proposed settlement of claims in Lehman Waterfall III, it sanctioned an "ingenious" scheme brought by the joint administrators of Lehman Brothers Europe (LBEL) using the 2006 Companies Act to distribute money to a shareholder.
