-        Pursuing a claim against two former directors of MMI Research, a subsidiary of UK defence company Cobham, for alleged breach of fiduciary duties. The claim was purchased from Begbies Traynor, and comes after creditors have spent two years trying to reclaim £1.7 million in assets and costs from MMI.

-        Successfully pursuing a case before the UK Supreme Court against Hastings Borough Council, which used Emergency Powers to close Hastings Pier in June 2006 without giving notice, forcing local company Stylus Sports into liquidation.
