Hanjin Shipping files for Chapter 15 protection in US as further litigations loom

Following its well-publicised bankruptcy filing in South Korea, cargo shipper Hanjin has moved for Chapter 15 protection in a US court, as part of its efforts to stave off the largest industrial shipping collapse in history.
