FTI Consulting, Clifford Chance and Mourant advise in Trans Maldivian Airways takeover
At least nine law and advisory firms have completed a consensual restructuring of the world’s largest seaplane operator, Trans Maldivian Airways, through an acquisition by some of its lenders.
