Neiman Marcus’ counsel reaches creditor compromise to gain DIP order
The American luxury department store Neiman Marcus has secured a DIP financing order from its Chapter 11 court, overcoming lenders’ allegations that it breached the terms of a pre-petition deal, and creditor reservations about liens relating to the store’s US$1 billion German youth fashion chain.
