EU court rules Bulgarian avoidance law breached human rights convention
The European Court of Human Rights has ordered Bulgaria to pay damages to a pair of claw back victims because its avoidance laws before 2013 failed to strike a fair balance between the public interest and the victims’ rights to peaceful enjoyment of their possessions.
