EU court reverses ECB refusal to disclose info on Portuguese “bad bank”

The EU’s General Court has partially annulled a 2015 decision by the European Central Bank that denied an insolvent shareholder of Portugal's Banco Espírito Santo access to certain information on its suspension of credit flows to the bank.
