English court denies Russian bank security for costs as it fights receivers’ removal
A state-owned Russian bank has been denied security for costs because it’s not a defendant to a claim, as it tries to prevent the removal of receivers from David Rubin & Partners who it had appointed in the UK to pursue the assets of a bankrupt Russian businessman.
