Dell denied appeal of recognition order direct to Third Circuit

A Delaware bankruptcy court has rejected calls from computer company Dell to certify an appeal against a recent Chapter 15 recognition order for a Toshiba Samsung joint venture directly to the Third Circuit – noting that the company had misconstrued its findings.
