Cuba’s creditors appoint sovereign debt expert to reach out to government

Private sector creditors seeking to settle debts with Cuba that date back to a 1986 default have appointed Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal of Queen Mary, University of London, to help set up talks with the island nation’s government.
