Tim Lees is a partner in the restructuring and insolvency team in the London finance practice. Tim specialises in high-value, complex and cross-border restructurings, insolvencies and special situations. He advises a wide range of stakeholders, including banks, credit funds, financial sponsors, companies and directors. In 2018, Tim was seconded to a leading alternative investment management firm, where he focused on distressed corporate, real estate, asset-based and structured credit transactions.
