[email protected]Stuart Cullen is the managing partner and head of dispute resolution in the British Virgin Islands (BVI) office.
As co-leader of Dentons’ LatAm and Caribbean insolvency practice group, Stuart acts in numerous complex cross-border insolvency, restructuring and dispute resolution cases. He regularly appears in high-value matters before the BVI Commercial Court and Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining Dentons, Stuart was a partner at a leading global offshore law firm in the BVI, and previously practised in London as an independent barrister advising on civil and commercial law, with a focus on insolvency and related matters.
He is recognised by The Legal 500 as a ‘next generation partner’ in the BVI dispute resolution rankings.
