[email protected]Selina is a senior associate in the litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution practice at RPC Premier Law in Singapore, with a strong focus in commercial disputes.
Selina is admitted to the Singapore Bar as an advocate and solicitor, and has acted for clients at the Supreme Court and the state courts of Singapore. She has also represented clients in complex cross-border arbitration disputes administered by the SIAC Rules.
Selina has worked with a diverse range of local and international clients across a variety of sectors, including retail and consumer, technology and communications, and life sciences and healthcare. Her experience includes representing a prominent design consultancy firm at a five-week trial of a director/shareholder dispute at the High Court of Singapore involving claims for breaches of director’s duties and minority shareholder oppression, and assisting in high-value arbitration proceedings at the SIAC relating to breaches of shareholders’ agreement and employment service agreement.
