Sabina Khan is an associate in Brown Rudnick’s bankruptcy and corporate restructuring team in the London office. Sabina’s practice focuses on restructuring, finance, insolvency and debt trading matters. She acts for a range of clients including private equity funds, hedge funds, sovereign entities, creditors, debtors and corporates. Sabina is experienced with asset sale agreements, finance and security documentation, leases and guarantees. She also regularly advises in relation to the sale and purchase of distressed debt throughout Europe. Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Sabina spent over six years in investment banks, including JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank, working in the debt capital markets and derivatives space.
