Ryan Yeh’s practice focuses on bankruptcy, restructuring and litigation. He has represented ESL Investments Inc in connection with the Chapter 11 restructuring of Sears Holdings Corp and Lion Point Capital, as a debtor-in-possession lender, in the restructuring and related litigation of Suniva Inc. Ryan joined the firm in 2018.
