Ross Miller is a restructuring and finance lawyer who acts for distressed investors, broker-dealers, banks, insolvency practitioners and corporates on a wide range of cross-border restructuring and banking transactions. His practice particularly focuses on financial and corporate restructuring, distressed sales and acquisitions, investment due diligence and distressed trading. He is head of restructuring and special situations at Simmons & Simmons.
