[email protected]Richard Minott’s practice focuses on litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring. He recently worked on the team representing LATAM Airlines in its voluntary reorganisation and Chapter 11 restructuring of over US$7 billion of debt.
Richard joined the firm in 2021. He received a JD from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and a BA from the University of Florida.
During his time at Northwestern, Richard served as president of the Student Bar Association and senior development editor of the Northwestern University Law Review.
