Pieter Wouters

Forming close working relationships with his clients, Pieter delivers pragmatism, broad experience and technical versatility in all matters.Pieter primarily handles many complex litigation cases in the areas of contract law, corporate law, insolvency and restructuring law, sureties, banking law and contracts.He has a master’s in law from the University of Antwerp 2004, together with a special degree in international and European law from Catholic University Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) (2005).Furthermore, from 2007–2010, Pieter was a part-time assistant at the Institute for the Law of Obligations at Catholic University Leuven (KUL) law faculty.
