Petros Fatouros graduated from Athens College and is a member to the Athens Bar Association, the International Bar Association, STEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner), the Harvard Club and the Athens Club. He has been educated in Greece, Belgium, the UK and the USA where he was awarded the banking and financial law LLM from Boston University School of Law. He has extensive knowledge of financial and tax law and often advises banks on non-performing equities and corporations on restructuring while he has also been appointed as a Chartered Mediator by the Greek Ministry of Justice (area of expertise: bankruptcy and restructuring). His deep understanding of accounting has been vital in the successful handling of highly sophisticated financial cases. Petros often participates in economic fora as a speaker on his areas of expertise.
