Oksana Koltko Rosaluk

Oksana Koltko Rosaluk is a senior associate at DLA Piper LLP (US). She concentrates her practice on corporate restructuring and business revitalisation and has been actively involved in numerous complex restructuring matters on behalf of the firm’s clients. Her work includes out-of-court corporate restructurings, domestic and foreign wind-downs, federal receiverships and all aspects of in-court large and complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 debtor representations, including asset sales, confirmation of Chapter 11 plans of reorganisation and liquidation, resolution of claims and prosecution and defence of adversary proceedings, and bankruptcy-related litigation. Oksana earned her JD from The John Marshall Law School (in Chicago). During law school, where she served as editor-in-chief of The John Marshall Law Review, she externed for Hon Bruce W Black, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is the recipient of the inaugural 40 Under 40 Award from the American Bankruptcy Institute.
