Nicolas Marchand co-heads AKD’s corporate department in Luxembourg. He practises in the area of corporate law, focusing on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture structures, cross-border reorganisations, participation plans and general counselling on corporate law matters.

Nicolas represents private equity houses, institutional investors and large corporations in domestic and cross-border transactions. He has extensive deal experience across many industry sectors, with a particular focus on the real estate and private equity sectors.
