[email protected]Nick is an associate in the London office of Boies Schiller Flexner, with a particular focus on finance, fund and corporate insolvency litigation.
Acting for a broad range of asset managers, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners, Nick advises clients on sovereign debt matters, security enforcement, insolvency procedures and a wide array of complex financial disputes. In addition to extensive experience in bringing and defending high-value disputes before the English High Court, Nick has advised clients in relation to litigation, enforcement and recognition strategies in, among other jurisdictions, the EU, Hong Kong and the Cayman Islands.
His recent experience includes acting in a dispute with the Bank of Portugal before the UK Supreme Court concerning defaults under a US$800 million term loan to a major Portuguese bank, and advising clients as to litigation and an enforcement strategy in relation to numerous sovereign debtors.
