Monika’s practice includes cross-border situations across a variety of sectors, including project finance, retail, infrastructure, energy and natural resources in both distressed and non-distressed scenarios.
She acts for turnaround directors and directors of distressed companies. She also acts for financial institutions, creditors and distressed companies in connection with the restructuring of defaulting facilities, administrations, liquidations and receiverships.
Monika also advises on the enforcement of security and regularly acts for administrators, liquidators and receivers in relation to their facilities appointment and ongoing advice during the course of the insolvency.
