Lucy Cox is experienced in advising stakeholders across the capital structure on complex cross-border restructurings. She has advised debtors, private equity sponsors, asset managers, strategic investors and creditors on the restructuring of businesses across a variety of sectors and jurisdictions.Lucy also assists hedge funds, asset managers and other debt investors in their review and diligence of investment opportunities in par, stressed and distressed businesses throughout Europe.Prior to joining Sidley in 2017, Lucy was an associate in the European restructuring practice of another international law firm.
