He assists debtors, directors, shareholders, creditors and investors at all stages of preventive restructuring proceedings (mandat ad hoc and conciliation) and insolvency proceedings (safeguard, accelerated safeguard, reorganisation and liquidation). He represents investors in safeguard and reorganisation plans, as well as purchasers in sale plans. He also handles issues of liability on litigation matters related to insolvency law and commercial disputes.
