Kingsley Ong

Kingsley Ong leads the firm’s restructuring, insolvency, structured finance, derivatives and DCM practices in Asia. He is a notary public, FCIArb, FHKIArb, solicitor (Hong Kong), barrister and solicitor-advocate (England), and advocate and solicitor (Singapore). In 2016, Kingsley served as a Hong Kong law expert witness before the US Bankruptcy Court in Re Manley Toys, where the recognition of Hong Kong liquidators appointed under Hong Kong’s voluntary liquidation regime was contested.
