Ki Young Kim
Ki Young Kim mainly practises in the areas of bankruptcy, corporate, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Since joining Yulchon in 1998, he has successfully advised on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency cases. As he is especially renowned for his extensive expertise in the area of out-of-court restructuring, he has advised on the restructurings of Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, Hyundai Merchant Marine, POSCO Plantec, Dongbu Metal and STX Corporation. He was recently appointed as Shipping Industry Officer for the IBA Insolvency Section.
