She has acted for lenders, borrowers, administrators, receivers and other key parties in the restructuring and insolvency market. Katharina is co-editor of Lexology Getting The Deal Through – Restructuring & Insolvency. She is a member of the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association Technical Committee and sits on the Lexis PSL R&I Focus Group. Katharina is co-chair of the London network of International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
