Jessica recently worked on the teams representing LATAM Airlines in its voluntary reorganisation and Chapter 11 restructuring of over US$7 billion of debt; the DIP agent and lender and prepetition agent and lender in the Chapter 11 proceedings of Ruby Tuesday, Inc; and Gildemeister in its Chapter 11 restructuring; and Alto Maipo in its Chapter 11 restructuring.
She received a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA from Washington University in St. Louis.
