Hiroki Nakamura

Hiroki Nakamura is a senior associate at Nishimura & Asahi. He has primarily advised companies facing financial or business difficulties on formulating business revival plans and their execution, including debt and equity financing, business restructuring and corporate reorganisation. He has previously been appointed as a deputy trustee for companies under in-court restructuring proceedings and has supported their business turnaround. He also has experience at a private equity firm in Tokyo, particularly focusing on investments in the growth and regrowth of companies.

He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law (2018) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business (2019).
