Herbert Morgenstern Kugler is a partner at Thomaz Bastos, Waisberg, Kurzweil Advogados, specialised in in and out-of-court debt restructuring, in addition to having experience in structured finance and real estate operations. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in law from the Catholic University of São Paulo in 2006; a master’s degree in commercial law from the Catholic University of São Paulo in 2012; and is currently obtaining his PhD degree in commercial law at the same institution.
