Grace is a senior associate in the restructuring and insolvency group at McCann FitzGerald, with over 10 years’ experience. She advises financial institutions, private entities, insolvency practitioners and directors in relation to restructuring and insolvency procedures, including receiverships, liquidations, examinerships and schemes of arrangement. Grace has wide commercial litigation experience, has advised in relation to solvent reorganisations and has also acted for insolvency practitioners appointed to regulated financial entities. She is a member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners.
