Giles Allison is a director of insolvency litigation in the London finance practice and has been with the firm since 1998. Giles specialises in all aspects of domestic and international insolvency law, particularly litigation involving insolvent entities. He is a member of the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association. Giles has a particular focus on contentious and advisory work with extensive experience of advising lenders, companies and insolvency officeholders.
