Fernando Sanquírico Pittevil focuses his practice in corporate, administrative matters and dispute resolutions.Fernando has participated in transactions involving sale of assets, acquisitions, spin-offs and due diligence procedures. He has represented private parties in investments, domestic and international arbitrations. He has conducted successful negotiations for the settlement of international arbitration matters and disputes between companies.Before joining InterJuris Abogados, he worked as an associate at an international law firm in Venezuela, and in the legal department of a leading Venezuelan bank.Mr Sanquírico is professor of civil law at the Central University of Venezuela, Andrés Bello Catholic University and Monteávila University. He is also professor of Roman law history at Andrés Bello Catholic University. He has been invited to give classes on the procedural law specialisation in the international arbitration class at the Central University of Venezuela. He is also the director of the Research and Studies Centre for Dispute Resolution at Monteávila University.
