Erlene Tan is a transactional expert with a particular interest in cross-border private mergers and acquisitions and corporate and debt restructuring in Southeast Asia.Erlene supports a diverse group of clients with interests in commodities, finance, insurance and food and beverage services.She also has valuable in-house experience, having spent time at a listed real estate developer where she advised on a myriad of corporate, commercial, listing and regulatory matters.Erlene also supervises the negotiations practice sessions as part of Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations conducted by the Singapore Board of Legal Education.
