Dienna Ching Corrado serves as bankruptcy and restructuring counsel to distressed public and private companies, creditors, investors, financial institutions, asset buyers, and other constituencies in all aspects of reorganizing and liquidating chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the banking, energy, retail, and healthcare sectors throughout the United States. Dienna has also represented international clients in chapter 15 cross-border ancillary proceedings. Dienna earned her J.D. and LL.M. in bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law and was a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
