Blaž acquired his law degree in 2011 and joined the firm the following year. As an attorney at Ulčar & Partners, he focuses on corporate law, litigation and public procurement, as well as restructuring and real estate. He advises companies on compliance issues with special emphasis on construction law and personal data protection. He also regularly advises clients in corporate law issues, foreign clients with regard to the establishment of their business in Slovenia, on commercial disputes and has an extensive experience in M&A transactions and insolvency proceedings. Among others, he recently advised one of the largest producers of electricity in Slovenia with successful completion of the largest energy infrastructure project in Slovenia in recent years.
