Since he joined BlackOak he has assisted on a number of high-profile restructurings, including obtaining moratorium orders for the first foreign unregistered company under section 211B of the Singapore Companies Act in Re IM Skaugen SE, and acting for bondholder committees in the restructuring of Hyflux Ltd and Miclyn Express Offshore Pte Ltd.
Prior to joining BlackOak, Wei Lun trained at a leading Singapore law firm and worked at a local statutory board where he was part of a team that worked closely with small and medium-sized enterprises.
