Siraj heads RPC Premier Law’s disputes practice. He has a broad-based disputes practice with a focus on banking and financial disputes, commercial and corporate litigation and insolvency-related matters. In the insolvency space, he was most notably lead counsel in a successful landmark application to restructure a global note using the scheme of arrangement provisions in the Singapore Companies Act.

He regularly appears in international arbitrations, both as counsel as well as arbitrator. He also has corporate experience, having practiced with an international law firm between October 2002 and May 2005 working on corporate debt restructurings and mergers and acquisitions in Indonesia.

Siraj was a member of the Singapore International Commercial Court Rules Sub-Committee, and currently sits on the Working Group of the Professional Conduct Council chaired by the Chief Justice of Singapore. He is also a past member of the Council of The Law Society of Singapore and has sat as a member of its Inquiry Panel since 2009. Outside of practice, Siraj helps conduct courses in trial advocacy and negotiations at the National University of Singapore Law Faculty and the Singapore Institute of Legal Education.
