Australian judge voids “insolvent” asset sale in Legend liquidation
The Australian liquidators of Queensland phosphate miner Legend International Holdings have won a court order in Melbourne voiding its former director’s 2015 sale of a mining project to a company controlled by his sister for A$1, putting the multimillion-dollar asset back in creditors’ reach.
