Australian court orders extensions to prevent administrators incurring liabilities

In another decision providing assistance during the pandemic, the Federal Court of Australia has granted time extensions for the administrators of a media technology group to decide whether to adopt or give up its asset leases, helping them to avoid becoming personally liable after the usual five-day deadline.
