Walkers’ professional liability trial will be heard in one go in 2022

Offshore law firm Walkers has persuaded a Cayman court not to split a professional liability claim it is facing from a group of former clients into two separate trials, with the judge accepting that the credibility of some of the plaintiffs was “squarely in issue”.
