US trade commission rules in favour of bankrupt solar companies

The US’s International Trade Commission (ITC) has issued a preliminary ruling that cheap solar imports are hurting US manufacturers, in response to a petition from insolvent solar cell manufacturers Suniva and SolarWorld – as it emerges that SolarWorld’s German bankruptcy received interim Chapter 15 recognition in August.
