US district court reverses bankruptcy court decision, finds personal jurisdiction over Bahraini banks

A district court in the US has ruled that the selection and use of correspondent bank accounts in New York by two foreign banks provides sufficient basis for a court to assert personal jurisdiction over them, in a reversal of an earlier bankruptcy court decision.
