US and Cayman judges agree to court-to-court protocol in Ocean Rig case

Courts in the US and the Cayman Islands have granted an application by Cayman submersible oil rig operator Ocean Rig's provisional liquidators to establish court-to-court protocol to administer insolvency proceedings in both countries after a bondholder group withdrew its objection to the company's Chapter 15 filing.
