Ultra Petroleum noteholders awarded US$320 million, months after plan’s approval
Canada-incorporated oil and gas company Ultra Petroleum says it may appeal a Texas bankruptcy court ruling awarding noteholders over US$320 million in make-whole claims and post-petition interest, six months after the group’s Chapter 11 plan was approved.
