UK court sides with Slaughter and May in Hellas costs saga

The English Court of Appeal has ruled that the liquidators of a Luxembourg telecoms company can’t ask a court to determine the amount of legal fees owed by the company’s former administrators to magic circle firm Slaughter and May.
